Louise Dupont
Administrator
Graduate in economics at Geneva University. Mrs Dupont spent 25 years with international brokers such as Merrill Lynch, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette and Credit Suisse First Boston.
She also chairs the Investment Committee of W.I.S.E. Management SA. Mrs Dupont is an independent financial consultant.
She brings us not only a sophisticated knowledge of the markets and her analytical expertise but has assembled a group of outside experts to give investment advice and carry out independent monitoring of management work.
Jean-Marc Wenger
Managing Partner
Graduate in Economics at Geneva University, Mr. Wenger has the benefit of a long experience in private banking, first at UBS then at Crédit Lyonnais, in Brazil and in Switzerland, and finally at a leading independent asset manager. His responsibilities include the strategic development of the firm.
Philippe Favre
Partner – Head of Compliance
Graduate in Literature at Geneva University. He also holds the Certificate of Compliance Management.
Mr Favre has the benefit of 5 years’ experience in international business and 9 years with a leading independent asset manager. His responsibilities include administrative management.
Jean-Philippe Gigon
Director
Jean-Philippe Gigon has gathered a wealth of experience by renowned banks, UBS, Banco Santander, J.P. Morgan and Landolt & Cie, in Switzerland and internationally. Jean-Philippe joined W.I.S.E. Management in 2016 to offer his Latin-American clients his unique knowledge and passionate tailor-made service. Jean-Philippe heads the Investment Committee.

Today Larissa puts all her talents, enthusiasm and adaptability at the service of a clientele with unique lifestyle, combining global resources and individual access.

Philippe Givel

With several years of experience in the financial field, Philippe Givel began his career in New York in investment banking, notably with Merrill Lynch, LF Rothschild and SG Warburg PLC in charge of institutional clients. in Switzerland and Europe. He then continued his career with a major local financial company active in wealth management, consulting and the administration of companies. Philippe Givel joined WISE Management to serve Swiss and European clients.

François Douffiagues
IT Manager
Benefiting of an architectural training from the Special School of Architecture in Paris, François Douffiagues, in parallel with his studies, became a computer teacher for the other students of the school and created his own consultancy firm. After more than 25 years of experience, as a certified specialist and administrator, he ensures the smooth operation of W I S E Management’s technical infrastructure. Since 2010, he is in charge of development and rapid support to users, in an increasingly connected world dependent on the new technologies.
Alexandre Beau
General secretary
After four years as an advisor to institutional clients in a major bank in Geneva, Alexandre Beau joined the corps of career soldiers in the Swiss Army. After completing military schools I and II in Zürich, his work led him to lead various commands in the artillery and then to assume responsibility for the recruitment center for Romandie. Throughout his career he reached the rank of Colonel of the General Staff. His experience in the planning and management processes, as well as in the management of human resources, gives him all the tools necessary to assume the function of General Secretary.
Caroline Grandjean
Office Manager
Holder of a commercial degree. After beginning her career in the retail trade, Mrs Grandjean changed her activity to working for an independent asset manager for 10 years before joining W.I.S.E. Management S.A. in 2009.
Mrs Grandjean is acting as an assistant and is also responsible for all logistical and organizational follow-up procedures.
Sandra Aguiar
Senior executive with power of attorney
Mrs Aguiar has more than 15 years of experience in asset management with Lombard Odier, Banco Santander and an independent manager, and allows us to benefit from her professional capabilities in dealing personally with French, Spanish and Portuguese – speaking clients.
Maria Linares
Assistant
Holder of a CFC after an apprenticeship at UBS, she joined Wealth Management as management assistant. Maria worked for 15 years in private banking with UBS SA then at Pictet & Cie, for clients based in Latin America, Portugal and Spain. She left the banking world to work in a Multi Family Office for 20 years. With a long experience with customers, fluent in Spanish and Portuguese, she provides us with support and know-how quickly, precisely and responsibly. She joined our team in 2021.
Florian Rais
Digital Assets Expert
Florian started his career with Bank Pictet in Geneva and then London where he became head of their investment management team. In 2005, he founded an investment management company focused on classic asset management as well as private equity. This lead Florian to actively participate to numerous companies’ board and management teams, over various countries including Russia, US, Israel and China.
In 2017, Florian was invited to join the advisory board of a large crypto project initiated by a group of California based investors and launching in China during that year. It is during this conference that he decided to build a cryptocurrencies focused asset management offer for traditional investors. This is when Criptonite Asset Management was born.
Rafael Cumplido
Financial Analyst
Mr. Cumplido has 20 years of banking experience in Switzerland (Geneva). First of all as a stock and bond trader within Banque Franck SA. Subsequently, joining Credit Suisse he will assume the role of Investment Consultant for a sophisticated South American clientele. In 2007, he joined Banque Safdié as a Relationship Manager, again for clients in South America. In 2014, he assumed the same position with an independent asset manager of the place.
